Crescent Diagnostics and DeltaNu Ink IP Agreement
Crescent Diagnostics Ltd. has signed an intellectual
property option agreement with DeltaNu LLC. This agreement gives Crescent
an exclusive option to develop and market products from intellectual
property that was invented at the University of Limerick and the University
of Wyoming and is jointly held by Crescent and DeltaNu.

Crescent Diagnostics Secures Venture Capital Financing
Crescent
Diagnostics Ltd., a privately held company developing a new
test for bone health, today announced the completion of a £550,000
(€800,000) funding round. Seroba BioVentures (Seroba), a Dublin-based
specialist life science venture capital firm led the round in conjunction
with a number of private investors.
