Company Details	Company Crescent Diagnostics was established in 2004 to develop and commercialise the BQT® based on the technology developed at the University of Limerick, Ireland. Crescent Diagnostics conducts research at its offices in Limerick, Ireland and maintains a corporate office in London, UK. The company is run by an experienced medical diagnostics management team. 	Ernest Poku Chief Executive Officer	Ernest is a chartered engineer with several years experience in the oil exploration and medical diagnostics industries. He has a B.Eng from the University of Bristol, an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and is a Sainsbury Management Fellow.
	Mark Towler Chief Scientific Officer	Mark is a Research Scholar at the University of Limerick and holds a PhD in Biomaterials from the University of London.

	Chris Martin Non-executive Director	Chris is currently CEO and founder of oncology drug development company Spirogen Ltd. He has founded companies in Europe and the US and is currently a board member of Sciona, Finsbury Technology Trust and Xenva. He is a Chartered Director, Chartered Engineer FIChemE, and has a DPhil from Oxford, and an MBA from IMD.
	Bernard Lim Non-executive Director	Bernard Lim has an extensive background in medical devices and life sciences and currently undertakes strategic consulting assignments for clients in the UK and US. In addition to Crescent, he is non-executive director for Health-e-Solutions with a particular focus on data analytics. Previously he was Senior Vice-President for Vasogen, a cardiovascular biotech and before that, he founded and served as Managing Director of WELMED, a company specialising in IV drug delivery systems. Bernard also founded and was Managing Partner for Belle Consulting, a strategic R&D and Operations medical devices consultancy. Prior to that, he served as Head of UK Manufacturing Operations for Tektronix, a high technology instrumentation company as well as Technical Director for Vickers Medical, which developed critical care medical equipment.
	Alan O'Connell Non-executive Director	Alan is a partner at Seroba Bioventures who are based in Dublin, Ireland and is a non-executive director. Alan has extensive pharmaceutical industry experience and a PhD in Pharmacology from the University College, Galway, Ireland.
